Abcom Cloud / 2201 Feldspar
- A messaging system has been added to Abcom Cloud that allows users to send secure and official communications to one another. Users with special access permissions may message any employee that has an activated Abcom Cloud user account or any other user with special access permissions in an organisation.
Messaging is accessible from the Portal area.
In addition, special "group" users are available for messaging for each part of your business structure. For example an employee can message their employing site and company. These messages will display in the site, company or organisation operations view. - Operations > Employee documents and document requests can now be easily shown to the respective employee via a QR code link on the relevant details page.
