Abcom Cloud / 2501 Opal
- Abcom Cloud now offers a fully integrated employee onboarding facility for organisations to introduce new employees to the Abcom HR ecosystem where required. Abcom Cloud onboarding fully connects to the Abcom payroll system to ensure employees are able to be payroll processed as soon as possible.
- Operations / Setup > The Employee list and Employee Document Review pages can now be filtered by current employees (unterminated), active employees (having date within the current fiscal year) and inactive employees (terminated and having no date within the current fiscal year).
- Operations > Employee Documents > Document Review > Document type based reviews now only show active employees (ie. employees with data in the current financial year), Employee based reviews now allow filtering of employees based on whether they are current (not terminated), active or inactive.
- Setup > Employee name and company name are now displayed in the Employment Event list.
- Operations > Employee Documents > Documentation Review > Employees without a document type are now displayed first. Employees who do not have any documents for ANY of the document types selected (if multiple were so) will be summarised towards the end of the report. For example if Birth Certificate, Passport and Visa document types were selected then any employees who do not have a document recorded under ALL of those document types will be listed.
- Ops > Preview of PDF and image files will now be shown when viewing employee or shared documents in various operations views as well as the Documentation Review.
