- Announcements can now have multiple recipients. So for example, an announcement can be sent to one or more of any combination of companies and sites in your organisation (or the organisation itself).
The recipient scope can be further refined through the application of Tag and employee filters to an announcement, so only employees filtered will be candidates for the announcement. - Operations > Employee Document Requests > An email for an employee document request can now be re-sent via the tool immediately beneath the employee's name (in case the employee did not receive the original email).
- Employment Events generated from eProphet Payroll are now automatically imported into Abcom Cloud and can be seen by administrators through the Setup area and by employees themselves through the Portal (if set as such in eProphet Payroll).
- Operations > Users can now see the account status of the employee to which an employee document or employee document request belongs for convenience.
- Employees can now be "tagged" with one or more tags that can be managed in the Setup area. Tags can be used to group employees into multiple levels for operational and reporting purposes. Any number of tags can be created and assigned a colour code for easy visual identification.
