• Setup > A new External Reporting tool has been added that can be used to configure data mappings between Abcom thick client systems and 3rd party software systems that connect to Abcom Cloud for data submissions to above enterprise reporting solutions. Contact Abcom Technical Support for additional information.
• Users can now access our A.I. support agent "Abbie" using a new link in the lower left corner of Abcom Cloud. Abbie is able to provide information on almost any aspect of the system.
